My newest Gaga fanart based off her "Gaga in Oz" performance of Applause! I did a drawing of Gaga dressed in a Dorothy inspired outfit last year around the time of the whole Dot ordeal. It's also what the title of the picture is referencing. Anyways! Hope you like it!
